Payment and delivery

We are a small online business based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Every order is a huge support for our shop, our team members and their families, especially during these hard war times. Part of our team is fighting the enemy in the Ukrainian army. Anyway we continue our everyday work in providing you the best yarns and tools to stay inspired and creative.

We also have a special charity category in our shop "80% to AFU". We donate 80% of income from the sales from this category to organisations and volunteers, who help Ukrainian army.

Delivery options

• Nova Poshta. Delivery time 1-3 days. Delivery costs according to Nova Poshta rates (starting from 50 UAH).
• For other delivery methods please contact us for more details.

Payment methods

• Online payment. You can pay with Visa/Mastercard card via Liqpay payment system.

• Cash on delivery at Nova Poshta (additional fee of minimum 10 UAH will be charged by Nova Poshta for money transfer).

International shipping and payment

We do ship worldwide! International shipping is processed by Ukrainian Postal Service and usually takes about 2 weeks.

Shipping costs are the following:

Zone 1: Europe, former CIS countries, Middle East, North Africa.

Zone 2: East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Taiwan), North America (USA including Alaska and Hawaii, Canada)

Zone 3: South and South-Eastern Asia, Central and South America, Australia, Oceania.

Please, note, that shipping costs may change slightly due to current currency exchange rate, as our base currency is Ukrainian Hryvna (UAH). Shipping cost is calculated for total weight of the package (weight of goods + weight of the packaging). For orders over 2 kg please contact us for shipping cost calculation.

Payment can be made online with Visa/Mastercard bank card. To place an international order please send the list of desired products to shop@azuleta.com and we will send you credentials for payment.
